Marx & Bernard Mediation

Marx and Bernard Mediation is dedicated to offering a service that is professional, effective, impartial, and affordable. Mediation is an excellent alternative to litigation or starting point for litigation, dropping the amount of issues in dispute, and reducing time and cost taken to settle a matter. Mediation is often suggested by the Courts as a cost-effective substitute or excellent starting point to traditional litigation.

Our offices can mediate matters online or in person, our offices are situated at 16 President Steyn Avenue, Westdene, Bloemfontein, but we mediate country wide.

Our Founder Amy is a qualified Mediator and has international and local accreditation as a Family Law Mediator. Amy opened her mediation practice in 2021, with the hopes of saving people time and money when seeking a divorce, maintenance agreements, estate disputes, labour disputes and parenting plans. Each mediator has a preferred style of mediation and Amy prefers a direct and goal orientated approach to mediation.
